Will I be able to bolt an nv4500 to my 318 or will i need an adapter plate or do they even make one. If anyone knows anything about AT to manual swap please let me know never done this before.

Yes. Get the one off a magnum 318/360. Bolts right on. A nv3500 from a 94+ magnum or v6 should work too.
