You'd be better off putting it in neautral and slightly stepping on the gas to bring the idle up to 1,000 then shutting it off Dave. Why not run 5W-30 PUP with lubegard instead of 5W-20I am mesmerized and confused by all this upping the idle talk.When i jumpinto WARLOCK he typically is revving about 1000-1100 for a few seconds then reduces to about 700ish before I put him into reverse to exit the garage. At long lights I know I will be sitting for 40 seconds I shut him off. Am I messing up? I Use PUP 5/20 and Lubeguard and Wix filter
Read the note at the bottom,this was in the manuals up till 2017,and you're engine isn't any differant then a 17's engine.
