Rebuilt/replace 3.6l pentastar.

I'm in Kitchener, Ontario. Does anyone have a price on a rebuild or replacement V6 for my 2014 Ram 1500? It's got over 215k km's now. Runs great, but I'm looking at trading it for another truck. Not sure if it makes financial sense.

Frasier also has remanufactured Ram engines as well. They too upgrade the weaker parts.

If it's running fine and only 215k km why consider a rebuild? That's only 125 or 130k miles... they should be good for alot longer if cared for.

Wasn't there a story of a pentastar hitting half a million miles in a delivery van?

At 125k miles she's just nicely broken in!

You may have to replace the oil filter housing soon as it's plastic with like 9 o rings and eventually it fails. Dorman sells an aluminum replacement.
