Hello, I have a 2017 RAM 1500 with a 6" BDS lift done in 2018. About 2 years ago my steering column started squeaking, but only when I turn the steering wheel to the left. It was bearable when it started, now it's gotten louder and is embarrassing. My mechanic friend told me to hit the steering column with some silicone lube, I did that and it did not help. None of the suspension parts have any grease fittings. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Hi RamMan2017, I own a 1995 Dodge Ram Van B3500, bought it last year. When turning the wheels all the way to the right I hear a short loud sqeak. In the maintanance-papers that came with the Van I found: " Vehicle-inspection.....rec;: upper ball joints in the future " This was in 2021, only about 10.000 miles ago so I posted a question on this Forum,
Maybe your problem is the same as mine.
Greetings from Otto in Amsterdam
