It looks exactly like this one... The top is a 4 pin (just like the factory LED) and the bottom one holds an LED bulb. If it is aftermarket (could be) someone had to go to a lot of work to change the wiring harness.

When I moved to Ontario, I got the Daytona rust proofed at Krown annually. I just didn't keep it up which is too bad because now I found out that it really worked. I got my new Ram and have already booked my first appointment. Lesson learned.
