High mileage lucas?

I'm looking to see if anyone has ever used this stuff? I have a loud tick on cold start ups and then at idle when the engine is hot only a steady not so loud tick. I currently use 5w30 full synthetic plat penzoil. With a royal purple bigger filter. I'm just seeing if anyone anyone has used this with 5w30 oil and no issues or if it would be safe to use, as well if it actual quiet the tick sound on start ups and at idle. I currently have 169k miles and had lifters oil pump and camshaft replaced at 160k due to lifter failure.

Are you certain that the tick isn't an exhaust leak.

Broken exhaust manifold bolts are very common. I've owned two of these trucks since 2010, and replaced the exhaust manifold studs in each, twice. 4 times total, and every single time, it sounded like a lifter ticking.
